Back to homeReports are reviewed by a human. Serious reports about illegal content, personal data/privacy, or serious threats/harassment require email confirmation with a 6-digit code. A confirmed serious report may temporarily hide the review while moderation is pending.
A directly affected person can open a private contradictory case. The initiator pays €5.00; the other party then has a 7-day response window when they can be contacted. The platform then issues a non-binding determination.
Your identity is verified by email and your access is linked to this case’s signed token. Evidence is not public.
Ask a factual question about the property, building, immediate surroundings, management, or a specific point in this review.
Enter the code received by email. The question will then be checked automatically before publication.
We send the code only to the private address already linked to the review. No email address is entered here.
Deletion must be confirmed from the email used to ask the question. If an answer exists, it disappears together with the question.
Target: Question. This report applies only to the question or answer, never to the parent review.
